Action methods
These more structured methods include drawing pictures
and diagrams, using objects to represent people, story telling and people-sculpting.
We also use socio-drama which helps people simulate what
happens in life so that they can develop greater understanding, experiment with new
options and develop more role flexibility.
On request, one or two of our members will initially meet
with you to listen to your requirements and explain our way of working.
If there is agreement that we can provide what is
appropriate to your organisational needs, we will work with you to focus on your
objectives and how we propose to meet them.
This may includes programmes of team building,
ongoing regular meetings with staff teams, staff development work and or individual
consultations with managers.
We provide a flexible response to consultations, tailored
to your organisation particular requirements.
