Psychodrama in Cambridge


One-day workshop

Psychodrama is a creative and spontaneous way of exploring oneself in a group; no previous experience or acting ability is required in order to take part. There is no pre-ordained theme; psychodrama will emerge from the warm-ups and the concerns of the group and individuals. Barbara Tregear is a UKCP registered psychodrama psychotherapist and trainer. Group Psychotherapy


A  therapy group  meets  weekly on Thursday evenings for one-and-a-half-hour at the group room  at

146 Scotland Road,Chesterton, Cambridge.

Fees are affordable and negotiable.

People can go straight into a group or they can move on to work in a group setting after a period of individual therapy or counselling.

The group conductor is a qualified group analyst (group-analytic psychotherapist) registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy, a member of the Institute of Group Analysis and a member of Cambridge Group Work Council
